To follow the Articles and By Laws of Friends of Hickam (“FOH”).

To follow the rules and regulations of Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam (“Base”).

To follow the rules and regulations governing the use of Base access and facilities on Base.

To actively participate in FOH events and Base events.

To permit and allow FOH or Base to publish my name and place of employment on the FOH or Base website or any written material issued by FOH which may identify me as a member of FOH.

To permit and allow FOH or Base to utilize and photographs or images of myself taken at FOH or Base events and programs to be on the FOH or Base website, FOH or Base newsletters, or other FOH or Base print and visual media productions.

That membership is a privilege given to the individual and is not transferrable or assignable to another person or entity.

That the privileges granted by the Base may be subject to change without notice.

That violation or failure to follow any of the above requirements may result in termination or non-renewal of membership.
